- Contract and steps before entering a contract: where information is needed to respond to a tuition enquiry, arrange lessons or provide tutoring services.

4. Students and children’s information
Many users of iBLaurel’s tutoring services may be under the age of 18. We therefore take particular care when handling information relating to students.
Where appropriate, enquiries and arrangements for younger students may be made by a parent or guardian. We collect only information that is reasonably necessary to understand the student’s tutoring requirements and provide the requested service.
We do not intentionally use educational information supplied during tutoring enquiries to create advertising profiles.
We do not normally ask students or parents to provide medical or other sensitive information. If information concerning a disability, health condition or learning requirement is voluntarily provided because it is relevant to the student’s tuition, we will treat that information with additional care and use it only where appropriate and lawful.
If you are a young person and do not understand how your information will be used, you are welcome to ask us, or ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
5. Contact forms and enquiries
Our website uses contact forms to allow prospective students and parents to contact us. Forms are currently provided using Fluent Forms.
When you submit a form, the information you enter may be stored within our WordPress website and sent to our business email address so that we can respond to your enquiry.
Please only provide information that is reasonably necessary for us to understand and respond to your request.

Our website provides a WhatsApp contact option to make it easier for visitors to communicate with us.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is also subject to the privacy terms and practices of WhatsApp and its operator. Information you send through WhatsApp may therefore be processed separately from this website.

We use Google Site Kit to connect our website with Google Analytics and related Google services.
8. Google Ads and conversion measurement
We use Google Ads to advertise iBLaurel and may use Google advertising technology to understand whether an advertisement leads to an action on our website, such as visiting a relevant page, submitting an enquiry or using a contact option.
Advertising and conversion-related cookies are treated as non-essential cookies and are subject to your cookie choices where consent is required.
Google Consent Mode is implemented through Google Site Kit and works with our cookie consent system so that Google tags respond to the consent choices made by visitors.
